Discover. Challenge. Grow.
Japan Bound by GPI US is a professionally tailored cross-cultural experience designed to expand the mind of high school students while experiencing local Japanese communities and activities. We believe interacting with different cultures at a young age is key to personal growth and professional development later in life.
Summer travel for young adventurers looking for something more meaningful.
Japan Bound is about more than just travel - Our programs foster independent thinking, self reflection, and change-making. Through workshops, guest speakers, and independent projects over the course of the trip, Japan Bound participants will challenge themselves and break out of their comfort zone.
Students will travel across the country visiting a unique, thought provoking variety of sites in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Kagoshima. Each location offers a specially designed itinerary guided by our staff and locals to insure an authentic experience.
