About Our Custom Programs

Over the years our GPI US staff has worked closely with our parent company in Japan, ISA, to bring thousands of Japanese High School students to America in an attempt to strengthen the relationships between the youth of our countries and prepare them for careers in an increasingly global society. This makes us confident that we can help you get the experience you want from a trip to Japan. Of course, the food is amazing and traveling is fun. However, it's easy to get distracted while in a new place experiencing new things, so much so that you forget to appreciate the experience and reflect on your experiences.

If you've been abroad, you understand this is undeniably a life changing experience. We understand that it's not easy (or cheap) to be afforded these opportunities. In order to make this program feasible, we're willing to work with teachers, school groups, clubs or anything in between to create a program that can be tied in to a curriculum or theme of your choice. All you need to do is send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see what we can do to help you create a trip that will change your students' lives forever!

The Program Fee

This will depend on the budget you're working with. If you're working on a tight budget, the best option will be to work with one of our current programs and modify it to fit your needs.

Otherwise the sky's the limit!

When is this program?

Like we said above. We're flexible. We'd love to work with you to bring your students here during Spring Break, Winter Break, Summer vacation or during any other experiential weeks/breaks you may be looking to utilize!

Who Should Participate in this Program?

EVERYBODY. This might sound cliche, but in the current climate and with the rapid increases in technology, everyone could stand to benefit from this experience. Why? Because:

looking at videos or pictures on instagram IS NOT a cultural experience.
visiting a Japanese School and participating in Japanese festivals surrounded by people from a different culture IS a cultural experience
